SPUC’s 13th Annual Conference

Pediatric urgent care is a rapidly growing part of children’s health care, and the SPUC Annual Conference is where the clinicians shaping it come together. Each year, 100 to 125 pediatric urgent care physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and practice leaders meet to share research, sharpen their clinical skills, and find the products and partners that help them care for children outside the emergency department.
Exhibiting or sponsoring puts your organization in a focused setting with the providers and decision makers who choose what their centers use. The meeting’s size means real conversations and lasting connections, along with visible support for high quality pediatric care.

EXHIBIT SPACE
The exhibit hall floor plan will be available November 2026.

- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPUC cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- SPUC reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

Exhibit move-in: Wednesday, March 10 | 7:00 am to 8:00 am.
Exhibit move-out: Thursday, March 11 | 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
We are accepting exhibit agreements for the 2027 Annual Conference. To secure your exhibit space and/or program ad, complete the online LETTER OF AGREEMENT.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by ACH (preferred), mark “ACH” as the payment method on the Agreement and request the bank payment details from Dana Gibson [email protected]
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the Agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Society for Pediatric Urgent Care and mail the check to SPUC, Attn: Exhibits and Sponsorship, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.

Book Inside the Official Room Block
To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block using the link provided on the website and Meeting Guide. Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block. If a guest who booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell, we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection and complimentary Wi-Fi may not apply.
