The Society for Pediatric Urgent Care is pleased to invite your organization to connect with leaders in pediatric urgent care. Industry support is vital to the success of this meeting and demonstrates your commitment to improving patient care.
The format of the 11th Annual Conference is in person and we anticipate 100-125 attendees.

EXHIBIT SPACE
The meeting and exhibits will be held at the Children’s Mercy Research Institute. Exhibits will be in the Garden Lobby (above the entrance lobby). CMRI Stacked Map

- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. SPUC cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- SPUC reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
To secure your exhibit table, program ad, and sponsorship, complete the online LETTER OF AGREEMENT.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Society for Pediatric Urgent Care and mail the check to SPUC, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

SPUC Exhibitor Guidelines for CMRI
Read the guidelines carefully and please note:
- The exhibit table size is 5 feet long and 2 1/2 feet wide
- Every exhibit table will have a power strip at no charge to the exhibitor
- Exhibit materials cannot be shipped to Children’s Mercy. If you are traveling to Kansas City, please arrange to have any shipments delivered to your hotel or check them as baggage with your airline.
Lead Retrieval
For the SPUC Annual Conference, we are offering eShowLeads, a trade show lead retrieval application that lets exhibitors collect leads using their Smartphone.
eShowLeads allows the user to easily collect attendee contact information, add notes and record answers to qualifying questions all on the exhibitor’s smartphone. After the event, your leads will be emailed to you in an excel file. Use your smartphone to collect leads and record more qualifying data. For a more detailed description please click here.

Exhibitor badge names are due by February 14, 2025. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.
